Blog 1 – Guide to Breakfast.

First of all breakfast to me is the most glorious meal of the day. If there is one meal in the day i simply can not live without it would be breakfast so don’t ever try and take that away from me!

I’m probably at my happiest when I’m in a hotel and there is an breakfast buffet on, i dare you to get in the way of me and that buffet.

But…

I understand for some people breakfast is just not that big of a deal. I won’t lie to you people are weird and maybe this blog is not for you.

if you do decide to carry on reading and see something you like then great i hope you can enjoy it.

Here are some handy breakfast options along with there calorie and macro content you may be interested in trying out.

Idea 1: Bacon and Eggs.

1 rasher of Bacon contains 60kcals which is broken down into
0.2g of Carbs, 4.9g of Fats and 4g of Protein

1 large Egg contains 66kcals which is broken down into 0.3g of Carbs, 4.6g of Fat and 6.4g of Protein.

Idea 2: Greek Yoghurt with Berries and Honey.

300g Greek Yoghurt Contains 396kcals which is broken down into 11.1g of Carbs, 30g of Fat and 19.2g of Protein.

100g Raspberries/Blueberries/Strawberries contains aprox 32kcals which contain 4.6g of Carbs, 0.5g of Fat and 1.4g of Protein.

Teaspoon of Honey contains 32kcals which is broken down into 8.6g of Carbs, 0g of Fat 0g of Protein.

Idea 3: Protein Shake

30g of Scitec contains 117kcals which is broken down into 3g of Carbs, 1 g of Fat and 22g of Protein.

150ml Semi skinned milk contains 70kcals which is broken down into 7.4g of Carbs, 2.2g of Fat and 5.1g of Protein

Idea 4: Overnight Oats with Protein Powder.

200g of Oats contain 475kcals which is broken down into 75g of Carbs, 10.2g of Fat and 13.8g of Protein.
