At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter if you’re a bloke or a woman really –

No-one wants to be a long back! 

Benefits of a stronger and firmer booty?

  1. Aesthetics – who doesn’t love looking at a good arse?
  2. Reduced back pain
  3. The bodies powerhouse
  4. Athletic performance

So theres a few benefits without going too in-depth on anything.

Heres a workout you can give a go next time you’re in the gym: –

A) Sumo Deadlifts – 4 x 5 (Build weight each set)

*Rest as needed

B1) Reverse Lunges – 3 x 6 (each leg)

B2) RDL’s – 3 x 10-12

*Rest 90 – 120s 

C) Booty Circuit (Complete this all the way through, rest at the end!)

20x Banded Side-Steps

20x Banded Glute Bridges (Light weight)

20x Jump Lunge

10x SL Elevated Glute Bridges (each leg)

10x 1 + 1/2 Goblet Squat

*Rest 60-90s – 3 sets
