Water is amazing and realistically one of few liquids you should be drinking. The others being alcohol and coffee!

The body uses water with almost everything that it does, literally everything it does! from cell regeneration, brain function, breathing, sweating, digestion and body temperature.

Never forget stay hydrated will help towards weight loss and fat loss as long as your nutrition is decent.

Being dehydrated will effect you mentally and psychically.

Simple put drink water and anyone who tells you they don’t like water personally i have to say you are an idiot, it has no tastes.

If you are that arsed you can add fruit to it to make it “taste nicer” things like fresh lime or lemon would be a great place to start.

How much and when?

Men – 3 litres a day

Women – 2.5 litres a day

to make this more simple for you

You’ve drank too much if you are going to the toilet every 10/15 minutes and your pee is clear every time.

You’ve drank too little if you pee if a darker and smells.

Make sure you stay hydrated during any work.
